Free Shipping to the Following Countries/Regions:

America: United States, Canada, Mexico.

Europe: United Kingdom, Germany, Netherlands, France, Belgium, Italy, Austria, Finland, Switzerland, Sweden, Ireland, Norway, Spain, Portugal, Poland, Czech Republic, Greece, Luxembourg, Hungary, Romania.

Oceania: Australia, New Zealand.

Asia: Singapore, Japan, United Arab Emirates, Malaysia, Korea, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Turkey.

Shipping Terms

How is shipping handled?
We offer same-day shipping on business days. Please allow our team up to 48 hours to assemble and package your order.

Your package is expected to arrive within 7–15 business days, depending on your location. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

If your order has not arrived within 30 business days, please contact us so we can follow up with the courier.

Delivery Times

  • North America, Western Europe: 7–15 business days
  • Australia, New Zealand: 7–20 business days
  • Other areas: 7-20 business days

Note: This does not include our 1–3 day order processing time.

Incorrect Shipping Address

We ship orders to the delivery address provided at the time of purchase. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is accurate, correctly entered, and includes the complete postal code as per postal regulations.

If an order is delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address/postal code provided by the customer, Jolly Chest will not be held responsible. The customer will need to cover the cost of purchasing replacement products and any applicable shipping fees.

We reserve the right to require a wait of up to 28 business days before reshipping the order.
